New Programmable Clock Oscillator in Small Package.

Quick delivery can get a new project jump started faster with the help from the new programmable clock oscillator, the T6000P from Tellurian Technologies, Inc. Tellurian has developed a 2.5 x 2.0 mm clock oscillator to supply the need for a small sized oscillator for applications requiring a fast delivery response. The T6000P cuts the delivery time of sample size lots to just a few days. For production quantities, the T6000P can be delivered within 10 days.
The programmable oscillator takes advantage of a proprietary IC coupled with a fixed crystal based frequency that can then synthesis various frequencies with the aid of our custom software. The T6000P can be programmed for frequencies as low as 1.00 MHz and frequencies as high as 200 MHz. Stability over the temperature range of -20 to 70°C is only ±20 ppm over all conditions such as load, aging, and supply voltage. The T6000P offers voltages as low as 1.8 mA with a start-up time of only 2 mSec making it idea for any battery operated applications. The proprietary IC circuitry puts the T6000P on par with standard fixed frequency clock oscillators.

Latest TCXO with CMOS Output.

Tellurian Technologies, Inc. announces the development of a highly stable TCXO that has a tight stability in a smaller size. The new TT-VT4000CT is a temperature compensated oscillator with the tight stability of ±0.14 ppm over -10 to 70 °C. Frequency range for the TT-VT4000CT is 10.00 MHz to 40.00 MHz and generates a clipped sine output.

The TT-VT4000CT has a low current drain of only 3.5 mA max. With a clipped sine wave output, the TT-VT4000CT achieve a low phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz bandwidth.

The package size of 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.65 mm will make it a low profile solution for applications requiring tight stability. The TT-VT4000CT small size will free up valuable board space and provide a most stable reference for any operation. The TT-VT4000CT comes with an Enable/Disable function that allows the user to place the unit in sleep mode for use in applications needing energy management.
